Sunset Corporate Campus was developed in the early 1990's. We are a suburban office complex comprised of two, five-story post-tensioned concrete buildings in Bellevue, Washington.
Building 1 (13810 SE Eastgate Way) was completed in 1992. Building 2 (13920 SE Eastgate Way) was completed in 1998.
A daycare is located in a separate building on the property.
